Shrimp squat: left leg great; right leg first rep caught me off guard and dropped to quick.

9090 assessment: with right leg on the ground and left leg turned out was tight on outside of my left leg

Snatch: 140 pounds
Clean: 205

Wod: 185 pounds 16 reps in 8 minutes.

Really struggled with the first several reps (turned into failed reps) was having trouble getting my right arm under the bar don't know why or what happened but that was the problem each time and pulled on my outside of my arm and shoulder.
Feeling: it was fatiguing but biggest issues where strength and technique, didn't know what to do to make it better.
