Saturday- Gymnastics Strength + MAP 1

A2. Rope Climb w/ L-sit decent, 4 x 1 reps, rest 90 sec 
made the mistake and did wod first with a friend to go hard  and couldn't get the L position after the wod so I did 4 rope climbs

5 Thrusters, 75#
5 Toes to Bar
5 Burpees
Rest 45 sec b/w sets
